Partner with an audit that is allowed to say no

Most tools in this category exist to tell a founder they are onto something. This one is built to find the reason they are not, and to say so out loud. That is an awkward thing to recommend and a very useful thing to stand behind.

Read this part first

We will tell people you send us that their idea does not work, when it does not work — not softly, and not in a way you can overrule. If that would cost you the relationship, this is not a fit, and it is better to find that out here than after the first verdict.

1 of the 23 verdicts published on the channel are a GO. The channel publishes ideas we found ourselves. Anyone a partner sends is audited on the same methodology, with the same permission to fail.

What we pay

Publish something about us and you get a month of Pro on your own account — the real plan, not a trial, so what you recommend is something you have used. One code per partner, and it is yours whatever you write.

Then 30% of every payment from anyone who arrives through your link, for as long as they keep paying. On the plan most people take that is $11.70 a month per customer; on the largest, $29.70. We would rather print the number than let you work it out afterwards.

On top of that, the two things a commission cannot buy: your name on the verdict pages that came through you, and a route into INITE Fund for anything that clears the bar.

Three tracks

Screening

Accelerators, syndicates, angel scouts, pre-seed funds, university programmes.

Your cost is triage. Saying no is slow, and saying it yourself is expensive in goodwill.

What you do

Tell applicants to run the audit and attach the verdict. It costs you nothing and you do not run it.

What you get

  • A third party says no, in writing, with a method behind it.
  • Your name on every verdict page that came through you.
  • A cohort digest — every verdict from your batch, ranked, in one place.
  • Anything that clears the bar is introduced to INITE Fund, credited to you.

Advisory

Consultants, fractional CTOs, agencies, venture studios.

You get asked whether something is worth building, and today you answer with an opinion you then own.

What you do

Run the audit inside the engagement and let the verdict stand on its own.

What you get

  • “Audited independently, at your firm’s request” on the verdict page.
  • Team seats at a partner rate, billed once for the practice rather than per client.
  • A directory listing with a real link — not a nofollow.
  • The commission above, on anything a client of yours ends up paying.

Audience

Newsletters, communities, courses, podcasts.

You need something to publish that nobody else has.

What you do

Publish verdicts. Point your readers at the tool.

What you get

  • The weekly digest before it goes public.
  • An embeddable verdict card for your issue.
  • Verdicts co-published on the channel, with your byline.

What we ask

One link, meant — not a nofollow, and not a footer badge nobody clicks. And where it fits, the verdict attached: the page a founder publishes is the whole mechanism, and it carries your name only if it exists.
