# INITE Studio

> Investment-grade startup idea audits, run on the user's own Claude. Open-source 27-skill kit + two Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers: one you can run locally with no account, one hosted that grounds reasoning in real Google SERP, Trends, Reddit, and review-site data.

INITE Studio is built by inite LLC dba INITE AI (https://inite.ai). The product is a thin layer between Claude Desktop / Claude Code / the Anthropic SDK and an MCP server that exposes 111 deterministic tools for raw data fetch, math (TAM, dealbreakers, social pain), and persistence. The reasoning runs on the user's Anthropic tokens; the raw data + audit storage is provided by INITE Studio.

## Run the scoring yourself, with no account

Twenty of those tools are pure arithmetic, published under Apache-2.0 as an npm package and a local MCP server. No key, no network, no model calls — including `compute_dealbreakers_v2`, the tool that decides go or no-go.

It returns the same numbers the hosted server returns, because both import the same specification object rather than reimplementing it. That is the point: a verdict nobody can inspect is a verdict nobody has to believe, so the arithmetic is readable and arguable on the numbers.

2. Generate an API key at https://app.inite.studio/settings/keys
3. Add the MCP server to your Claude config (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or Anthropic SDK)
4. In Claude: `audit this idea: <your idea>` — the audit lands in the dashboard at https://app.inite.studio/audits

Steps 2 and 3 are only for the hosted server. To check the maths against your own numbers, the local package above is enough and needs neither.

## Methodology v2

Stage-aware weighted-score audit across 6 lenses (Team, Problem-Solution, Traction, Competition, GTM, Financials). Each lens carries `{score, confidence, redFlag}`. Final verdict requires `score ≥ 80 AND zero redFlags AND avg confidence ≥ 0.6 AND no major contradiction` for `GO`. Cross-lens consensus check surfaces contradictions (e.g. "market: CAGR 30%" vs "competition: saturated, dominated by FAANG") and feeds them into the dealbreakers pass.
