By using inite.studio you accept these terms. They are short on purpose. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

"We", "us" and "our" in this document mean inite LLC.

What inite.studio is — and is not

inite.studio scores a business idea against evidence: search demand, competitors, funding and hiring signals, and your own stated position as the operator. Scores and verdicts are analysis, not advice. They are not investment advice, legal advice, or any guarantee of an outcome. Decisions you make remain yours.

The free 90-second read on the channel is deliberately shallow: it scores what your one line says, with no external research behind it, and reports its own low confidence. Do not treat it as a substitute for a full audit.

Your account

• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your API keys secret.
• An API key is shown once. We store only a hash, so we cannot recover it for you — generate a new one instead.
• One human per account. Accounts are not shared between people.

What you submit, and what you keep

• You own your idea. Submitting it grants us only the limited licence needed to run the audit you asked for and show you the result.
• Your audits stay private to your account unless you choose to publish them.
• Do not submit material you do not have the right to share — other people's confidential plans, or copyrighted work presented as your own.
• We may decline to run audits that are illegal, hateful, or plainly abusive of the service.

Quotas, plans and billing

• Each plan carries monthly quotas for audits, raw-data calls and math calls. Reaching a quota pauses that action until the next cycle or an upgrade.
• Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices are in USD. Displayed local-currency amounts are indicative conversions.
• When you bring your own provider key, that provider bills you directly under your agreement with them — those charges are outside our control and outside your plan.

Fair use

Public endpoints are rate-limited and the free trial carries a daily ceiling. Do not attempt to circumvent those limits, resell raw provider data pulled through us, or use the service to build a directly competing dataset.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. Third-party data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and models can be confidently mistaken; we make no warranty that any score or verdict is correct for a specific decision.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and US$100. That cap does not apply to our own wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to death or personal injury, or to anything else the law of your country of residence says cannot be limited — and if you are a consumer, those carve-outs are not ours to waive.

You must be 18 or older to use inite.studio.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your audits. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will say why where we reasonably can.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both sides consent to that venue.

If you are a consumer, none of the above takes away the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or your right to bring proceedings there. That holds wherever you are — the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Brazil, Argentina, Russia or anywhere else with rules you cannot sign away.

Changes

We update the date above when these terms change, and email account holders about material changes before they take effect.
