Cold open
Vinnie walks in with a deck. He has already wired the cheque. The Oracle has not been consulted.
The disagreement
Vinnie's case is pattern-matching: "Outbound is dead, AI fixes it, provenance is the moat, $50M ARR by year 2." The Oracle reads the LRS aloud. 64/100 yellow. Demand 22/35, Pain 19/30, Competition 14/24 (saturated), Money 17/20, Funding 9/10 (very hot), Urgency 1/10.
The witness that breaks Vinnie is Competition: there are 23 funded competitors, half of them with louder distribution. The Oracle reads each one. Vinnie shrugs and says "we'll out-execute". The Algorithm marks the verdict PIVOT and notes the bet for the funeral show.
The pivot
The Oracle proposes a vertical wedge — provenance-first SDR for one regulated industry (legal services) where verifiability is the wedge, not a feature. Vinnie says he'll consider it. He won't.
What happens next
This score gets archived. We replay it in S1E5 if anything ships. We replay it in the funeral if it doesn't.
