PRIVACY POLICYLast updated · 2026-08-15← back to channel

inite.studio (“we”, “inite”) operates the inite.studio/tv broadcast and related services. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

  • Newsletter signups. If you submit your email on the channel we store it (and optional metadata: locale, signup source) so we can email you. Nothing else is attached.
  • Ideas you submit for verdict. Your idea text is stored to render the audit, and is sent to Anthropic — the model that reads it and produces the verdict. We cache the result for seven days so the same idea does not have to be read twice. Your verdict card is only made public if you explicitly share it.
  • Locale cookie. When you switch language we set a small NEXT_LOCALE cookie so we serve the right copy next time. Used only for that.
  • Session cookie. If you sign in, an httpOnly refresh-token cookie scoped to .inite.studio keeps you signed in here and on the product. JavaScript cannot read it, and it is not used for tracking.
  • Standard server logs. IP, user-agent, referrer, and request path. Logs roll over within 30 days.

What we do not collect

  • No third-party advertising trackers.
  • Analytics cookies are set only if you allow them. Until you do, no analytics script loads at all. You can decline and the site works exactly the same.
  • We do not sell your data or your ideas. We do not train any model on your submissions.

Third parties

We use the following processors:

  • Anthropic: reads the idea you submit for a verdict and produces the reading behind it.
  • Google Analytics: page and event analytics, loaded only after you allow it. It sets its own cookies, and because one property covers inite.studio, the channel and the app, it can recognise the same browser across them. Declining stops it loading.
  • Hosting: our infrastructure provider for running the site.
  • Email: our own SMTP relay delivers the newsletter and operational emails. We do not pass your email address to a third-party marketing platform.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what we have on file about you.
  • Correct it.
  • Delete it (including any submitted ideas).
  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter — link in every email.

Email [email protected] and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Changes

We'll update the “Last updated” date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter.
